 By submitting your application and candidate statement, you certify under penalty of perjury that you meet the eligibility requirements to run for the Board of Directors for the association identified in your nomination materials.

You acknowledge that your statement will be shared with the association exactly as submitted, including any errors, and that Essential Ballot is not responsible for editing or verifying the content.

You understand that your submission is not considered received unless confirmed by Essential Ballot and that it is your responsibility to follow up if confirmation is not received.

You acknowledge that your submission may be disqualified by the Inspector of Elections if it is found to be false or if you are determined to be ineligible under the association’s governing documents or election rules.
